About Bonnie

Established in 2021

Through her teaching experience, she read hundreds of children’s books to her young students. Coupling her fondness of nature and animals, Bonnie would create riddles for the themes she would teach.

  Bonnie was born in Berea, Ohio and lived there briefly before moving to Livonia, Michigan. As a high schooler her family moved to Dunwoody, Ga. While attending Dunwoody High School, Bonnie became inspired by her Family and Consumer Sciences teacher and decided she wanted to one day be a teacher  herself. 

     Upon graduation she attended Auburn University in Auburn Alabama. While at Auburn she was a member of the Chi Omega sorority. She pursued her desire to teach by majoring in education with a minor in family and child development.While at Auburn, Bonnie met her husband Bill of 42 years. The majority of their marriage has been spent in Alpharetta, Georgia. Their two grown children, along with their spouses and four beautiful grandchildren round out their family.

     Once their children were of age to attend school, Bonnie began what evolved into a 27 year career teaching pre-k. She loved everything about teaching young children, finding it an incredibly rewarding experience. 

   Upon retiring, Bonnie’s desire to stay involved in education of the young, inspired her to put her love of nature and animals and rhyming riddles into book form.Do You See Me in the Sea?,is her first book.Besides her wonderful family and teaching children, Bonnie’s passions include nature, the beach, sports, and traveling to see all of God’s creations.
